Public Offer Agreement

This Agreement is an official public offer by the Provider to enter into a contract for the sale of electronic tickets for passenger transport on the terms set out below. Placing an order on the site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
1. General provisions
Provider — [Company name], reg. no. [00000000] (the “Provider”).
Buyer — an individual who places a ticket order on the Site.
Carrier — the entity that actually performs the transport on the selected trip.
Site — the website where tickets are booked and paid for.
2. Subject
The Provider books and sells an electronic ticket for the selected Carrier’s trip. The e-ticket confirms the transport contract between the Buyer and the Carrier.
3. Ordering and payment
The Buyer selects a trip and seat and provides passenger details. Payment is made online through partners’ payment systems; the price is shown before payment. The e-ticket is sent to the Buyer’s contacts after successful payment.
4. Refunds and exchanges
Refunds for unused tickets follow the Carrier’s rules and applicable law; the retained amount depends on how close to departure the request is made. Refund requests are made via the account area or support.
5. Rights and obligations
The Buyer provides accurate data and arrives for boarding on time with an ID document. The Provider ensures correct operation of the Site and delivery of the order to the Carrier.
6. Liability
The Provider is not liable for schedule changes, delays or cancellations by the Carrier, nor for consequences of inaccurate data provided by the Buyer.
