How much does it cost?+
The CRM is from €9.99 a month (Start, up to 5 routes) or €19.99 (Business, unlimited); the first month is free. Plus 0.1% of bookings through your personal page and 15% of tickets sold on the Poihaly marketplace. Dispatcher counter sales carry no commission.
Is the commission added to the passenger’s price?+
No. Passengers pay the price you set — the commission is already inside it, nothing is added on top.
Can I move my existing routes over?+
Yes. Routes are created step by step in the wizard; for large volumes we’ll help with the import.
What does a driver need?+
Just a phone. The driver cabinet shows their departures, the passenger list, QR boarding and the cash to collect.
Is my data safe?+
Data is kept on a secured server with a backup taken every day. Access follows only the roles you assign.
Can I cancel the subscription?+
Yes, at any time and with no penalty. The paid month runs to its end.
