What Poihaly is
Poihaly is an online platform where carriers publish their trips and passengers search, compare and book tickets. Instead of calling dispatchers or browsing individual company sites, you see the available trips in one place.
We are not a carrier and do not run trips of our own. Every trip is operated by a specific company — you see its name, terms and contacts before you book.
How it works
- Enter the route and date — we show carriers’ trips for that day.
- Compare times, prices and terms; pick a seat on the cabin map when the carrier provides one.
- Book — the e-ticket arrives by email and stays in your account.
- At boarding, show the ticket from your phone screen. No printing needed.
Honest rules
- You see the price before confirming — the platform adds no hidden fees.
- Luggage, payment and refund terms are set by the trip’s carrier, and we show them rather than rewrite them.
- Cancellation happens in your account, no phone calls. Refunds follow the carrier’s rules.
