How to cancel a trip and what happens to your money.

Refund terms are set by the carrier

Every carrier on the platform has its own refund rules: deadlines, percentages and exceptions. Check the exact terms for your trip on the carrier page or during booking.

The common principle

  • The earlier you cancel, the larger the share of the price you usually get back.
  • Close to departure, the refund may be partial or unavailable.
  • If the carrier cancels the trip, the ticket price is refunded.

How to cancel a booking

  1. Open “My bookings” in your account.
  2. Pick the trip and cancel it.
  3. The money comes back per the carrier’s rules — usually to the same payment method you used.

  • Promo or discounted tickets may have different refund terms.
  • How fast the money arrives depends on your bank.
  • Need a different date or seat? Cancel the current booking and make a new one, or contact the carrier.
